I had a smooth experience ordering, and the leather looked great when it arrived. To me, the shipping cost felt a bit high for the size of my order, which was the only downside. Overall though, I’m happy with what I got and I’d probably order from them again.

From what I remember, the site itself worked fine and was easy enough to use, but a few of the things I was looking for were out of stock. Not a terrible experience, just kind of mixed

The leather feels really solid, thick, soft, and actually nice to touch. It’s miles better than the flimsy crap I bought before, which felt like garbage compared to this.

When I actually used them, the first thing I noticed was that the thickness varied from piece to piece. Some were nice and even, but a few were a bit off, so the overall experience felt a little hit or miss.

I’m happy with my order. The leather feels solid, looks just like the photos, and doesn’t have that cheap feel some places try to sneak past you. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the shipping took a bit longer than I expected. Not saying there was some grand delivery conspiracy going on, but I definitely started checking the tracking like it was hiding government secrets. Still, the product itself is great and I’d buy from them again.

I ordered from General Leathercraft and I was mostly focused on the one item I needed most, so that’s the first thing I checked when the box came in. Most of the order was right, but one piece wasn’t the size I had selected. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a little frustrating. Shipping was fine and everything else seemed okay. I’d probably order again, but next time I’d pay closer attention and double-check the details when it arrives

The shipping was way slower than I expected. I kept checking for updates and there really wasn’t much to go on, which made it even more frustrating. Like, I get delays happen, but not knowing what’s going on is annoying. By the time it finally showed up, I was already irritated about the whole thing...

The leather is nice, and it does seem well made. I guess I just expected, well, I expected a little more for what it cost. Shipping was totally fine and there weren’t any real problems, so no complaints there. I’m just not sure I’d buy from them again unless there was a sale or something.

My order showed up really well packed, with no bends, scratches, or damage at all. To be fair, not every company puts that much care into packaging, so I appreciated the extra effort here. Everything arrived just as it should, and I’m happy with it.

I messaged them about my order and, i wasn’t expecting much beyond the usual vague reply you get from customer support. To my surprise, they got back to me the same day and actually answered the question I asked, which shouldn’t feel impressive but somehow does.
I had a small follow-up after that, and they were just as quick the second time. No obvious copy-paste response or being passed around for no reason. It made the whole thing a lot less stressful than I expected, so credit where it’s due.

I picked up a leather strap from General Leathercraft a while ago, it’s held up better than I expected. I use it pretty much every day, and it still looks solid—no weird cracking, no loose stitching, none of that cheap-looking wear you get from stuff that was clearly made to fall apart.
It’s got a few marks on it now, but that’s just normal use, not damage. I actually don’t mind it since it makes the leather feel more broken in. These days, plenty of brands cut corners and still charge like they’re selling quality, so it’s nice to get something that feels made. Happy with it.

I’m always a little cautious ordering online because I don’t want to get fooled by a sketchy site, but this one was really easy to use. I found what I needed quickly, and checkout was simple with no weird surprises...

I thought this would feel a bit more polished for the price. The leather is Okay, not bad, but the edges on mine were kind of rough and the stitching on the belt was a little crooked in a few places. It works fine, so I’ll probably still use it, but it just doesn’t look like it was made with a lot of care. Shipping was totally fine, I’m just not super happy with the finish...

I ordered some buckles, snaps, and a basic leather tool from Pioneer Fitness, and the hardware was decent. It looked like the photos and felt sturdy enough, so no real complaints there.

The tool was where I felt a little embarrassed, because I kind of expected it to be ready to go and then realized I had to fiddle with it before I could actually use it properly. It worked in the end, but it didn’t feel very sharp or smooth right out of the box.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad order, just not super impressive either. I’d probably buy hardware from them again, but I’d be a bit more careful before ordering tools next time.

I’m annoyed. The product details were so unclear that I couldn’t even tell what I was actually buying. That’s on them for not explaining it properly.

I had to swap a belt for a different size it was way less of a hassle than I expected. I emailed them and got a clear reply, then just sent it back and... yeah, that was basically it. The new one showed up fine, fits good, and I’m happy with how they handled the whole thing...
